Cute, Cozy & Coordinated

Hi everyone! My name is Javessa and I am the proud mama of two beautiful kids, Rowan (4) and Raya (1). A little bit about myself: I love shopping for clothes especially when it doesn't break the bank! I enjoy putting together cute outfits and being able to share what love with my kids. I personally like working with neutral colors because I find it easier to coordinate between Rowan, Raya and myself. Plus, it is gender-neutral, reusable and it will always be on-trend no matter what year it is.

One of my favorite places to shop is at my local Once Upon A Child; they've always made shopping super easy and affordable. Not to mention, they have everything you could ever ask for from toys to books, playpens to carriers, and of course, clothing.

I generally don't have a lot of time to spend in stores, and I like to get in and get out (if you know, you know). The store is well organized with everything separated by gender, clothing type, color and then size, ranging from preemie to youth 20. What's great as well, is they purchase your gently used items and pay you cash on the spot! Just the other day, I brought in a bag of clothing that didn't fit my kids anymore, and I earned almost $50. Can you believe that?! I then, of course, used what I earned towards some much-needed winter clothes that were also super stylish and fit within my favorite neutral color palette.

Even though my visits are usually short, I always have a great experience. The staff is extremely helpful and cheerful whenever I visit, and I always leave with a smile on my face. If you're a mom on a budget and want to have a great and easy shopping experience, this is the place for you!
