Kid's Summer Staples

On a recent
shopping trip at Once Upon A Child, I swapped some old clothes for new summery pieces.
I found this adorable gingham cherry print set for my daughter. I love these
bloomer sets for the warmer months. My daughter is 18 months old and sometimes
her diaper peeks out of her shorts, so I prefer bottoms with extra space. 
I also found a polo that was new with tags for my son. I love light greens for summer and the stripes add some personality. Would you believe each item was under $5 each? You can’t beat that!
The school year is coming to an end, so it’s time to plan summer activities! I love staying organized and planning ahead when I can, especially with two young kids. I prefer to have everything set for the season to avoid any last-minute rushes. We already have a couple of trips, parties, summer camps and play dates lined up. There’s really no time to waste before the fun begins!
Summer is my favorite season. I am not a fan of the heat but I love going on vacations and making memories with my loved ones. Summer is also meant for relaxation, so I hope these handy checklists will help streamline your shopping. Feel free to bring them along on your next Once Upon A Child shopping spree!
