Once Upon A Child provides a sustainable and convenient way to buy and sell gently used kids' clothes, shoes, toys and baby gear, focusing on quality, safety and value. Each Once Upon A Child location is individually owned and operated by local business owners, so you can feel good about shopping small.

When you bring in your gently used kids' items, it prevents them from filling up landfills and puts cash in your pocket.

Affordable

We have tons of gently used kids' stuff from your favorite brands at affordable prices. We know money doesn't grow on trees!

Convenient

We make it easy to buy and sell items for all seasons, every day, with no appointment necessary.

We're open seven days a week. 9:30 - 8:00 Monday through Saturday and 11:00 to 6:00 on Sunday. 

We are a same day service. Any offer not picked up the day it was processed with be paid in store credit and any passes will be donated.

Need some extra cash? We buy all seasons, of next to new clothes, shoes, toys, books, games, and equipment every day and make our offers based on brand, style, demand, condition and our current inventory levels. We're very sorry, but we can't make offers on anything with pin holes, pet hair, or odors such as cigarette, marijuana and storage odors.

Items we don't make offers on include, but are not limited to: Clothes with cracked decals, destination specific clothing, used car seats, bath tubs manufactured prior to November 2017, cribs, baby gates, used mattresses, sleeping bags,  bedding, large bicycles, used bicycle helmets, video game systems, VHS tapes, DVD's, used bottles, wipe warmers, bottle warmers, breast pumps, formula, baby food, cloth diapers, burp cloths, hats, gloves, scarves, underwear, socks, bras, bedroom slippers, maternity clothing, junior and adult sized clothing, baseball pants, pop-up play tents, and plush toys.   

Need to make a return? We accept returns up to seven days after the date of purchase, as long as the price tag is still attached, you have the original receipt and the items are in the same condition as they were when purchased. Previous purchases cannot be returned for sale prices. Returns from other Once Upon a Child stores can only be exchanged. New strollers are exempt from our return policy. Once purchased new strollers cannot be returned. All returns will be refunded in the same way the items were purchased. Sales are final on clearance items.
