We try our best not to purchase items with stains, holes, or a lot of wash wear. We’ve been open for less then 1 year, as we’ve trained and learned, our sorting has improved (but we still miss some things, please remember we are humans- not robots!)

Once we find pet hair, we stop! We have staff with pet allergies (we keep Benadryl in our drawer) and we also want to protect children who have allergies. You’re welcome to wash the items and bring them back.

If we detect any odor, we also get a “second nose” (or even a 3rd) to weigh in. (Do you think we like to have this convo?) We don’t mean to offend, but perhaps you’re nose blind, maybe the odor came from the container, harsh water, or maybe from the transportation?

We choose what to buy based on style, condition, and demand. We have a larger volume of smaller sizes coming in to be sold; therefore, we have to be more selective on those sizes.

We love items with tags still attached! We have additional lighting over our counters (really, look up) so we can spot stains. You could have purchased the item with a stain, someone could have touched it with a dirty hand, or something could have dropped on it. It could be a style that is older than 5 years old or it may have excessive wrinkles.

Our computer generates our pricing based upon size, condition, and brand. Also, we are paying cash and doing all of the work. Remember, with consignment, you wait on your item to sell before you get paid, you price, you tag, you hang, and you remove the item from inventory if it does not sell. If you do not like our offer, you do not have to take it! Try consignment or Facebook Marketplace and if you decide later to sell it to us, come on back!
