Frequently Asked Questions
How should I bring my items in?
We require all items to be freshly laundered. We will unfortunately have to pass on your items if there is visible dirt or food in your drop-off.
We highly recommend you lay your clothing flat in a basket, box, or tote to decrease wrinkles and increase the speed in which we can process your items. Pair any sets together and specify whether or not you want them to be separated (I.E. the shirt is stained (pass) but the bottoms we would still purchase).
Do I have to pickup my items the same day that I drop them off?
While this is preferred, you have 7 days from the time your items have been processed to pick-up. After 7 days, the items we would like to purchase from you will be credited to your store credit account and any of your original containers will be discarded.
Do I need my ID?
Yes, you will need a valid photo ID when you drop off and pick up your items.
Do you accept items brought in garbage bags?
We do, however, we are typically able to purchase less items from you as they tend to wrinkle in a bag. Wrinkled items do not sell well in our store.
Do I need to clean my toys and large equipment prior to bringing them in?
Yes. We unfortunately do not have the man-power to clean all of the items that are brought in to us. We will pass on items that have not been cleaned prior to being dropped off. (Example: dirty high chair straps).
What kind of items do you not purchase?
We legally cannot purchase car-seats or any item that has been recalled.
We do not purchase play-dough, paint, or art supplies (we cannot verify if they are still wet/usable).
We do not purchase underwear or socks.
We can only purchase bottles, sippy cups, and utensils if they are new in-packaging.
Do you purchase breast pumps?
We purchase #gentlyused cordless, wearable breast pumps, such as the Willow and Elvie pumps.
However, all other breast pumps, such a as the Spectra and Medela, must be in their original containers and unused.
