Do I need to make an appointment to sell?
No appointment is necessary. We buy on a first come first serve basis.
Do you buy used car seats?
We do not purchase used car seats due to regulations in Texas.
What documents do I need to sell?
You must have a photo ID or passport for check in and pick up.
How do I bring in my items?
All items must be freshly laundered (including shoes) without holes, stains, excessive wear, foul odor and pet hair. Items need to be laid flat or folded in a sturdy container. Please remove safety pins and hangers. We pass on items for many reason including stains, grease spots, snags, rips, broken zippers & buttons, excessive pet hair, excessive fuzz and fur, foul odor, smoke smell, grass clippings, dirt and dust, rodent droppings, bugs both dead and alive, moisture, missing parts, style, age, and inventory levels. Toys and equipment need to be wiped down, in good working order, and have all the pieces.
How many items can I bring at one time?
There is no limit to the number of containers, equipment, and furniture that may be checked in.
