Guidelines For Selling To Us
Tips for successful selling:
Follow these guidelines to get the most $$$ for your stuff!
We have a few tips to make your upcoming buy super easy... To be able to offer a same day service please bring your items in allowing time to process before closing. The more you have, the more time it may take to process. Tips for a faster processing time include laying your items flat in a hard sided container and any outfit pieces placed together. Containers 18 gallons or smaller fit best behind our counter and at our processing stations and will help with shorter wait times.
Clothing
Freshly laundered, completely dry, outfits together (no pins or hangers please), and laying flat in a structured container (box, basket, or bin). We purchase items based on demand, style (sold in the mall within the last 2-5 years), and condition. We will pass on any items with stains, fading, wear, holes, smoke, or mildew odors. We will check for broken or missing buttons, snaps, and zippers. Brand, size, and care labels must be present. (0-12 months we prefer purchasing complete outfits)
Equipment
Must be manufactured within the last 5-10 years. Must have manufacturer name and model number. ALL original parts and pieces must be present. Seat cushions and all surfaces should be clean. Check battery compartment for corrosion. All equipment is checked for safety recalls at www.cpsc.gov.
Toys
Must be manufactured within the last 5-10 years. Must be clean and include all original parts and pieces. Games must have instructions. Bikes must be free of rust and tires fully inflated. Powered ride ons must have a full charge.
