Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner
- Foster a positive and fun environment for customers, coworkers, as well as YOURSELF
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace that is easy and efficient to operate within
- Create an inviting and appealing place to shop keep the displays neat and organized
- Carry out the full process of buying in merchandise become familiar with brands and products that we carry, as well as pricing guidelines
- Build relationships with customers we dont just provide customer service, were a part of a community
- Process customer purchases, tag incoming product, and stock the sales floor
- Other daily operational duties as assigned by the store manager

- A friendly, energetic, and helpful attitude

- An effective communicator direct, kind, and clear
- An enthusiasm for our business model can honestly and proudly promote it to customers
- Prior retail experience, preferred
Compensation:
Start at $16.30/hr + Eligible for Monthly Bonuses after 3 months.
Our monthly bonus model provides employees additional compensation directly related to monthly business performance. We also offer all employees a 30% discount.
