Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide a high level of customer service by ensuring that customers are assisted in an enthusiastic, timely, and knowledgeable manner
- Foster a positive and fun environment for both customers and coworkers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace that is easy and efficient to operate within
- Create an inviting and appealing place to shop, keeping racks and displays neat and organized
- Carry out the full process of buying in merchandise, become familiar with brands and products that we carry as well as pricing guidelines
- Build relationships with customers - we don't just provide customer service, we're a part of a community
- Process customer purchases, tag incoming product, and stock the sales floor
- Other daily operational duties as assigned by the store manager

Compensation:
- Pay starts at $17.13/hr
- Eligibility for a 30% store-wide discount begins after 1 month of employment
- Eligibility for monthly bonuses begins after 3 months of employment - based on store performance metrics
