How To Sell To OUAC SURREY

WE BUY ALL SEASONS, ALL DAY, EVERYDAY!

• No appointment necessary, we review items on a first come, first serve, same-day basis.
• Don't forget your ID! Picture ID must be shown at drop-ff and pick-off, City of Surrey Bylaw.
• We will consider clothing from preemie to your size 20 (tween) and shoes from infant size 0 to youth 7
• All clothing should be 'next to new' condition and current styles no more than 5 years old. Decisions are based on style (current trends) and demand (how well it sells in our store vs current inventory levels)
• All clothing must be freshly laundered and free of staining and wear (floor ready).
• Please have clothing sets paired together.
• We will pass on items with spots, stains, tears, broken zippers, too much wear, too wrinkled, incomplete sets, pet hair or odour (such as smoke, pet or food odours) We will not be able to review any items that do not appear to have been recently washed.
• Please layer items in a bin, box, tote or structured container which will be returned to you.
• For the safety of our staff and customers, please do not bring items in large garbage bags - thank your for understanding.
• Brand labels with sizing, fiber content and washing instructions must be visible, attached and in English (should there be a recall-Health Canada requirement)
• All equipment and toy items much be in new or like-new condition, manufactured within the last 10 years with all the original safety straps, harnesses, etc. Any fabric seats and straps will need to have been laundered and plastic parts wiped down. Please include all parts & pieces.
• We may ask you to assemble larger items if the instruction manual is not included.
• We will check all battery compartments for corrosion and research model numbers for any safety alerts/recalls.
• Pricing is determined by our Franchise computer system by brand, condition, size and category.
• There are no limits on the amount of items that can be brought in at one time but 2 boxes/totes are preferred to ensure a quick processing time.
• You may stay and shop in store while we process your items, or we can text you when your quote is ready. We request that you return the same day if dropping off and leaving the store as any items left overnight will be cashed out as a store credit with passed items donated to local charities.

WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PURCHASE...

• Used bedding including sheets. pillows, baby blankets, and bibs.
• Room decor including pictures, lamps, and rugs.
• Large furniture items like cribs, dressers, change tables, toddler beds and gliders.
• Homemade clothing items, anything altered or missing manufacturer tags (Health Canada requirement)
• Used bottles, breast pumps, and pacifiers.
• Stuffed animals, magnets, inflatable toys, Happy Meal toys
• Carseats of any kind
• Anything that has been retrofitted or recalled by Health Canada
