What are your hours?
We are open:
Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 8PM and
Sundays 11 AM to 6 PM
If I see something in a post, can I put it on hold?
Absolutely! Anytime you see something in a social media post that you like, you can call the store and place it on hold. We will put your name on it and hold it until the end of the day at the latest. Alternatively, you can purchase the item with a credit card, and we will hold it until you come pick it up! How does the buy process work?
We value your items based on style, condition and brand. We put all of that information into our computer system and it generates a quote. We offer you the quote and if you like it, we pay you cash on the spot! And, you get 15% off clothes and shoes the day you are selling to us!
We just need an ID to get you in the queue!
Do I need an appointment to sell my gently used kids stuff?
No! We buy all seasons, all the time! If the store is open, we are buying. We do not limit what you bring us, and we don't close our buy counter. Depending on how busy we are, and the time of day you come in, we may not have your quote ready the same day you drop off. But, we will get to it the next morning and let you know when it's ready!
How much will you give me for my stuff?
Unfortunately, we cannot give you a quote without seeing the items in the store. We cannot accurately assess anything without seeing it in person. This gives us the opportunity to look for stains, wear, style and to check for safety, recalls and operation of certain items. We cannot go by a picture either. We need to see your smiling face and the items you wish to sell!
Can you keep my passes and donate them?
No. We do not have room to keep everyone's passes to donate. We also do not have a way to transport them to a donation site.
We recommend taking them to your favorite charity, there are quite a few to choose from. Our favorite is Must Ministries at exit 19 across from the library. They are open to accept donations M-F 10-2.
Do you wash the clothes?
Unfortunately, washing the clothes would be too costly and time consuming. That is why we ask that when you bring us your gently used clothes, you launder them and lay them flat in a bin or box!
Are there brands that you don't purchase?
Yes! Because style is important, we don't normally buy clothes that are older than about 4 or 5 years. As a result, there are brands that are out of business or have changed names prior to that time frame. Brands like: Cherokee, Faded Glory, Crazy 8 and Circo were closed down around 2017 or 2018, putting them outside of our style range.
Do you buy/sell car seats?
Unfortunately, due to safety regulations, we cannot buy or sell used car seats. It is impossible to be sure that they are safe, and have not been in an accident, and we want your precious cargo to be as safe as possible.
