Step 1 - Bring It In
- Limit 2 18 gallon containers or laundry baskets that are easy to lift. No plastic bags or hangers.
- Be mindful of the weight of the containers.
- We reserve the right to limit container usage to one per customer during exceptionally busy times.
- Must bring in a valid Government Photo ID . Must be 18 years or older.
- We buy all seasons, all year; however, we focus on Spring & Summer items from January to July and Fall & Winter from August to December.
Step 2 - We'll Check Your Items
- We review your items based on style, condition, & what’s in demand.
- Clothing should be of current style
- In Freshly Laundered Condition
- Neatly Organized and Folded Flat (Not Overflowing)
- Two-Piece Outfits placed together
- Toys & Equipment should include original parts, be clean and in good working condition
- We don’t purchase certain items to ensure safety & quality standards.
- Car seats, recalled items, and other products that do not meet current government safety standards.
Step 3 - Get Paid Cash or 25% More In-Store Credit
- If you accept the offer, you’ll get paid cash or 25% more in-store credit!
- Store credit can redeem at Once Upon A Child and Plato’s Closet stores in Columbus, Perrysburg, & Sylvania.
